Jú is our CEO. She is also the mother of a beautiful couple. She is married, has a degree in hospitality in Florida and is passionate about serving our clients with quality, and "a thousand volts" of enthusiasm.

Rafa is happily married, a father to a beautiful couple, trained musician, business administrator, technology specialist, design aficionado and [breath pause] also a managing partner and an indispensable part of Glasstone.

Our Chair (affectionately known as "Bé") is also married, father of Rafa and Juliana and the most talented architectural and interior designer that we know. With his impeccable work and more than 40 years of experience he is a key part of the company.
